Neb.) finished his career as a 12-time All-American on the NWU men’s track & field team. He was part of the 1998 and 2000 4x400 NCAA III National Championship teams at the indoor championships.
Harder qualified for the national championship meet during the indoor and outdoor season all four years of his career in the 4x400 relay. He earned a total of nine All-American awards in the 4x400, including the two national championships indoors. His best outdoor finish was runner-up at the NCAA III Championships in 1996.
A graduate of Southern Valley H.S., Harder won two All-American awards competing in the 400 meters. He also was part of an All-American 4x100 relay team in 1998.
Harder was a NIAC Champion in the 400 meters and set the school record in the indoor 400 and was second on the outdoor 400 charts. He is still the school record holder in the 4x400 relay for both indoors and outdoors and was part of school record sprint medley relay team.
