As such, they are expected to conduct themselves in a positive and responsible manner at all times, including on social media platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and emerging digital platforms. While social media can be a powerful storytelling and branding tool, student-athletes should be mindful of the potential consequences associated with inappropriate or harmful content.
