Under Head Coach John Carlson, the 1999 men’s soccer team finished with a perfect 19-0 record. NWU went 8-0 in NIAC play to claim the conference championship. The 1999 team holds the only undefeated season in program history. Seven players earned All-NIAC honors that season. Andre Watts and Carlson were named NIAC Player of the Year and NIAC Coach of the Year, respectively.
