Jason Ensrud - Spirit of the Plainsman Award
Jason Ensrud has been a vital member of Nebraska Wesleyan, currently serving as the Director of Sports Medicine. He works primary as the athletic trainer for the Prairie Wolves football and baseball teams. Ensrud played an integral role in helping NWU combat the COVID-19 global health pandemic and assisted student-athletes and coaches safely return to intercollegiate athletics.

Ensrud was the 2015 College/University Athletic Trainers' Committee "NCAA DIII National Athletic Trainer of the Year" and the 2015 Mid-America Athletic Trainers' Association's "Most Distinguished Young Professional" award winner. In 2013, he was Nebraska Wesleyan's "C.O.R.E. Award" recipient.
