LINCOLN, Neb. (June 2, 2021) - Nebraska Wesleyan baseball's Derek Kolbush was named All-Central Region by D3baseball.com. Kolbush was tabbed with third-team honors and is the first Prairie Wolf to earn the accolade since joining the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C). 

Kolbush picked up first-team all-conference honors on May 26 after one of the best offensive seasons in recent NWU history. Kolbush slammed nine home runs this season, which is tied for third-most for a single season in program history. Additionally, it ranked third in the A-R-C. Kolbush was also third in the conference with 28 RBIs and a .620 slugging percentage. Kolbush was seventh in the league with 13 doubles and a .452 On-Base Percentage. The 34 runs scored by Kolbush were the eighth-best in the A-R-C.
