LINCOLN, Neb. – Eighty-three Nebraska Wesleyan student-athletes who competed in spring sports have earned American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) All-Academic recognition by posting cumulative grade-point averages of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale.
The spring honorees bring Nebraska Wesleyan's total to 203 A-R-C All-Academic honors for the 2025-26 academic year – 80 in the fall, 40 in the winter and 83 in the spring.
To earn A-R-C All-Academic recognition, a student-athlete must be a sophomore, junior or senior in academic standing, have completed at least one year at their current institution, hold a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale and appear on the eligibility list for the sport of nomination.
Track and field led all Nebraska Wesleyan programs with 52 combined honorees – 31 men and 21 women. Baseball produced 11 honorees, the sixth straight year the program has reached double digits in A-R-C All-Academic recognition. Men's Golf and Softball each added eight, and Men's Tennis contributed four.
Forty-five of Nebraska Wesleyan's 83 spring honorees are multi-year A-R-C All-Academic recipients, and 13 of them have now earned the recognition at least three times. Baseball's Dominic Sis tops that group as a four-time honoree.
Shot put specialist Sam Clements swept the indoor and outdoor American Rivers Conference titles this year before advancing to the NCAA Championships, where he was joined by fellow A-R-C All-Academic honorees Noah Smith, Jacob Young, Chloe Mooberry and Rachel Smith.
Easton Johnson, baseball's first-team all-conference selection, and Jenna Kimberling, softball's only all-conference honoree this spring with a first-team nod, both earned spots on the A-R-C All-Academic list. It's Kimberling's third career A-R-C All-Academic recognition.
Men's Golf placed four A-R-C All-Academic honorees on a roster that once again finished as American Rivers Conference Championship runner-up: Jacob Cosimano, Jackson Lapour, Brayden Schram and Travis Tilford. Lapour, Cosimano and Tilford each finished among the top 10 individually to earn all-conference honors.
The American Rivers Conference recognized 569 student-athletes as spring A-R-C All-Academic honorees, including 281 from track and field, 111 from baseball, 99 from softball, 43 from men's golf and 35 from men's tennis.
Below is Nebraska Wesleyan's Full list of honorees.
