Favorite NWU Athletics Memory: Going to indoor nationals my freshman year in the 4x400 along with the 4x400 relay at the 2019 outdoor qualifier meet both stand out in my mind as incredible experiences due to the obstacles that we had to overcome to compete at a high level in both instances.

Quote from Michael: "I'd like to thank my teammates for the incredibly hard work that they put in every season and all of the coaches for working with us not only on our athletic abilities but on our personal development and academic achievement as well. I'd especially like to thank Coach Bulling, Coach McKenzie, and Coach Carson for coaching the 400 runners day in and day out. I will carry the lessons learned during my time as a 400 runner at NWU with me forever."
