2019: Earned All-Conference honors at the American Rivers Indoor Championships … ran on 4x400 relay team that placed 3rd … was 6th in the 4x200 and 7th in the 400 at the indoor championship meet … at A-R-C Outdoor meet placed 8th in the 400 and ran on 5th place 4x400 team … won the 400 meters at the Central/Simpson Tri-Meet during outdoor season … placed 1st in 200 at Polar Dog Indoor Invitational … a USTFCCCA All-Academic team selection … also named to American Rivers All-Academic team.
2018: A conference champion running on the 4x100 relay team that won the IIAC championships at outdoor meet … earned another All-Conference honor by running on 4x200 relay team that placed 3rd at IIAC Indoor Championships … at IIAC outdoor meet ran on 4x400 relay that was 6th and placed 13th in 400 … competed in four events at IIAC Indoor Championships placing 4th in 400, 7th in 200 and 5th in 4x400 relay team … selected to All-Central Region team for 4x100 relay … ran a career best time of 49.72 in the 400 at Frank Sevigne Invite to move to 10th on indoor all-time charts … won the 400 at the Concordia Outdoor Invite and Central-Simpson triangular … season-best time in outdoor 400 was 49.34 at Nebraska Invitational … named to IIAC All-Academic team.
