LINCOLN, Neb. — Following performances that helped Nebraska Wesleyan to two wins this week, the American Rivers Conference named Owen Glogowski and Christian Lindseth its Men's Soccer Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, on Monday. Glogowski's Offensive Player of the Week selection is the second of his Nebraska Wesleyan career, while Lindseth is collecting his second weekly award this season.
 
Glogowski recorded the first hat trick of his Nebraska Wesleyan career in the Prairie Wolves' 7-0 win over Cornell last Tuesday. Over the weekend, he continued to apply pressure, putting three shots on goal in road matches at Southwestern and Austin College. His three goals against Cornell moved him into the team lead in goals this season.
 
Lindseth also played a pivotal role in Nebraska Wesleyan's 2-1 week. He made two saves in the shutout win over Cornell. Against (RV) Southwestern, he recorded a career-high six saves. At Austin College, Lindseth made four saves to record his second shutout of the week and his conference-leading third of the season.
 
Glogowski, Lindseth and the Prairie Wolves return to Abel Stadium on Friday, Sept. 25, to host Colorado College at 7 p.m. Nebraska Wesleyan students receive free admission to all Prairie Wolf home games with a valid student ID.
