Box Score 2 LINCOLN, Neb. (March 9th, 2024) - Nebraska Wesleyan took one of two games against the University of Dallas on Saturday. The Prairie Wolves fell 11-1 in game one before winning 6-3 in game two.
GAME ONE
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Crusaders took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning.
- Nebraska Wesleyan tied the game at one in the top of the fourth on an Aaron Chazin home run.
- The Crusaders responded by scoring three runs in the fifth, two runs in the sixth, and three runs in the seventh to secure an 11-1 victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Dallas got out to a quick 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first.
- Aaron Chazin tied the game with a sacrifice fly in the fifth.
- The Crusaders retook the lead in the bottom of the sixth.
- Nebraska Wesleyan took its first lead of the game in the top of the eighth on a Brady Bell RBI single. Jake Gerardis and B. Harvey both scored on the play.
- The Crusaders tied the game in the bottom of the eighth.
- Neither team scored in the ninth and the game went to extra innings.
- Brady Bell gave the Prairie Wolves a 4-3 lead in the top of the tenth. An Evan Kling RBI single added two more runs to Nebraska Wesleyan's lead. The Prairie Wolves then shut down the Crusaders to take game three of the series.
