THE SERIES
This weekend will see the Prairie Wolves and Norse meet for the 20th, 21st, and 22nd time. Nebraska Wesleyan trails the all time series 12-7. Luther won the last game between the two teams 5-3, on May 12th, 2022. 

A LOOK AT NEBRASKA WESLEYAN
The Prairie Wolves are fresh of a three game sweep of North Central University which improved their record to 8-6.. The series saw Nebraska Wesleyan break the school record for runs scored in a single game with 36. The Prairie Wolves have produced a slash line of .311/.443/.510 with 144 runs on 151 hits including 15 home runs and 42 doubles. Kaleb Knox leads the team in RBIs with 16 and has hit four home runs. John Haimowitz leads the team in hits with 20 and has a batting average of .392. On the defensive side, The Prairie Wolves have a .954 fielding percentage. Pitcher Tyson Romero has won his first four starts and has a 1.90 ERA. 

A LOOK AT LUTHER COLLEGE
The Norse enter the weekend series off an 18-8 loss to Cal Tech. Luther enters the series with a 7-8 record. The Norse have produced a slash line of .272/.360/.431 with 96 runs on 132 hits including eight home runs and 37 doubles. Aiden Michna is currently batting .486 while teammate Noah Sebben leads the team in hits and RBIs. Defensively, Luther has a .977 fielding percentage. Pitcher Harry Blum is 2-2 with a 2.45 ERA.
