LINCOLN, Neb. - Nebraska Wesleyan junior middle blocker Ella Foote earned her first career American Rivers Conference weekly honor Monday, being selected as the league's Offensive Player of the Week.

Foote becomes the first Prairie Wolf to earn the conference's Offensive Player of the Week honor since Elecea Saathoff on Oct. 27, 2025.

The junior turned in one of the most efficient offensive weeks in the conference, helping Nebraska Wesleyan post a 3-1 record with victories over Grinnell, Minnesota-Morris and Martin Luther. Foote finished the week with 43 kills while committing just eight errors on 81 attacks, good for a .432 hitting percentage.

Foote was the only A-R-C player to surpass a .430 hitting percentage while recording at least 81 attacks during the week. She also contributed 12 blocks and five service aces while totaling 55 points over 13 sets.

Her strongest performance came in the Prairie Wolves' final match of the week against Martin Luther. Foote produced a career-high 15 kills in just three sets, connecting on 14 of 24 attacks for a .583 hitting percentage while adding three blocks.

Foote opened the week with 10 kills and five blocks on Tuesday at Grinnell, hitting .563 on 16 attacks in a three-set sweep. She followed with 11 kills and three blocks against Minnesota-Morris, hitting .381 on 21 attacks in a four-set victory.
