No NSAV Registration Necessary | Grade waivered players accepted in all cases | Non-USAV Players/Teams accepted

2026 Girls JVA Tournament Dates:

• NWU Festival - February 8 (10-18U Divisions)
• NWU March Madness - March 8 (10-18U Divisions)
• NWU Spring Fest - March 15 (10-18U Divisions)
• NWU Showdown - March 22 (10-18U Divisions)
• NWU Challenge - April 12 (13-18U Divisions)

2026 Boys JVA Tournament Dates:

• NWU Festival - February 8 (13-14U, 15-18U Divisions)

Ages for all dates will be 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, and 18U divisions to choose from unless otherwise noted.  Prices will be $165/Team without JVA Insurance and $150/Team with JVA Insurance. Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 6 total sets total sets (pool and tournament play combined).

JVA Forms

PROCESS: Determine which procedure fits your team and follow instructions accordingly. Any attachments are included and will also be available at the tournament.
**NOTHING NEEDS TO BE NOTARIZED**

Procedure A.
If your club and players are USAV (Great Plains) OR JVA Registered: You need to have the attached JVA Release of Liability form signed for each player, AND your team's USAV/JVA Medical release forms in your possession. THESE FORMS ARE THEN CARRIED BY THE COACH - NOT GIVEN TO US! At check-in, simply sign and submit the "Coaches Check in Form" when you arrive. This verifies that you are in possession of the USAV/JVA medical release forms, AND the JVA Release of Liability form. We do not need a roster nor does anything need to be notarized.

Procedure B.
If your club, nor players, are NOT USAV or JVA Registered:You will need to have your players parents complete and sign the JVA Medical Release AND the JVA Release of Liability form - AGAIN, THESE FORMS ARE THEN CARRIED BY THE COACH - NOT GIVEN TO US! Upon Check-in, the coach will present and sign the JVA Coaches Sign in Form verifying that your non USAV or JVA players have completed the other two forms. We do not need a roster nor does anything need to be notarized.

Procedure C.
If your club is already USAV or JVA, but you want to add non-registered player (s) for THIS event: Those individuals who are not USAV or JVA will need the two forms. Coach will still need to present Check-in form verifying that all players are covered one way or another.
