ABOUT NEBRASKA WESLEYAN
Nebraska Wesleyan will face top level competition in its eighth meet of the season, but comes prepared with a team that has continued to show out at the national, conference, and program level. Nationally, NWU holds 20 top 50 performances, with

Sam Clements ranking in the top 10 in weight throw, 60 hurdles, long jump, and shot put. Additionally, the Prairie Wolves have eight event groups in the top 25, with the women's weight throw retaking the top spot after
Lyndsie Bosquez dropped the fifth farthest throw in school history last week.
Jacob Young also moved up in the men's 60 meter hurdle charts, running the sixth fastest time in program history. Overall, the Black and Gold have posted 20 program top 10 marks this season.

DIRECTOR OF TRACK & FIELD AND CROSS COUNTRY DERRICK MCKENZIE PROFILE
Derrick McKenzie is in his third season as the Director of Track & Field and Cross Country at Nebraska Wesleyan. In his first two seasons, Nebraska Wesleyan has 26 NCAA qualifying performances, 12 NCAA All-Americans, one individual national championship and two national runner ups. The Prairie Wolves have won nine individual conference championships and broke numerous school records. Prior to being named Director of Track & Field and Cross Country, McKenzie served as an assistant coach at NWU, where he coached sprints and relays.
