Lincoln, NE (April 5th, 2025) - Nebraska Wesleyan track and field saw a small contingent of athletes compete at the Concordia Invitational Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Nebraska Wesleyan had a dominant day in women's discuss as
Kaelyn Means earned first place with a toss of 45.29 meters,
Anna Lundahl,
Aspin Collins, and
Emmilly Berglund joined Means in the top 10 with third, fifth, and sixth place finishes. In Pole Vault,
Libby Driver placed seventh after clearing a height of 2.91 meters.
On the men's side,
Colin Wojtkiewicz secured victory in the hammer throw with a 54.75 meter toss.
Eric Lenz followed close behind with a fourth place finish.
Grahm Peterson took second in pole vault, while
Robbie Rist earned fourth.Â
Benjamin Cumpston took fifth in high jump, while
Lachlan Pickering earned fifth in long jump.Â

Nebraska Wesleyan will be back in action with two meets during the week of April 7th. The Prairie Wolves will be at the Doane Invite on Tuesday, April 8th, before taking on Doane in a dual meet on Saturday, April 12th.Â
