ABOUT NEBRASKA WESLEYAN
This weekend will mark the fourth of Nebraska Wesleyan's season. The Prairie Wolves last competed at the Nebraska Intercollegiate, finishing sixth out of seven teams. NWU's championship roster will feature
Haley Blackstone,
O'Brasia Amos,
Lauren Hays,
Shea Meridith, and
Tessa Hurlburt. Over the course of the season all five players have demonstrated growth and determination and look to pay of their efforts at the A-R-C championship tournament.
NEBRASKA WESLEYAN CHAMPIONSHIP ROSTER INFORMATION
O'Brasia Amos: Amos has competed at two of Nebraska Wesleyan's competitions and enters Saturday fresh off leading Nebraska Wesleyan at the Nebraska Intercollegiate, where she finished 23rd overall.
Haley Blackstone: Blackstone has been a consistent member of the team, ranking among NWU's top three finishers at each tournament, including a seventh place finish at the Matthew Goette Fall Classic.
Lauren Hays: Only a sophomore, Hays has taken a big jump in 2025, placing first among her teammates at the Midwest Region Classic, and finishing among the program's top three at each tournament
Shea Meridith: Meridith has competed at all three of Nebraska Wesleyan's tournaments, and is primed to have a breakout performance.
Tessa Hurlburt: NWU's lone senior has competed at one tournament in 2025, placing 16th at the Matthew Goette Fall Classic.
PRAIRIE WOLVES AT THE A-R-C CHAMPIONSHIP
This weekend will see Nebraska Wesleyan compete at its 10 A-R-C Championship tournament, with its best finish being fourth in 2016. Overall, the Black and Gold are in search of their first conference title since 2000.
