HEAD COACH TED BULLING'S COMMENTS
- "The NCAA Cross Country Championship tested runners in ways beyond the 6 and 8 K distances.  With wind chill in the single digits and six inches of snow, the scene was challenging.  Despite the weather conditions, The NCAA did a great job of removing snow from the course and the crowd was as large and loud as always. The runners themselves were actually quite inspiring as they competed with the same intensity and passion as is always found at the national meet." Â
- "While it was not Gabby's best race, she had a terrific season considering the circumstances. She was unable to run for most of the summer due to the stress fracture she suffered at the end of the track season. Â When the cross country season started, I thought it extremely doubtful she would be able to qualify for the NCAA Championship again like last year. Despite a very light training load even through the fall, she managed to make the championship field once again. Â Confident that her foot is finally healed, I am very much looking forward to what I know will be a very successful track season."
