CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Nebraska Wesleyan University men's soccer's Christian Linseth has been named the American Rivers Conference Defensive Player of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.

This is Lindseth's first weekly award of his career after recording seven saves on the week, including a shutout against Concordia (MN) on Sunday.

He currently leads the American Rivers Conference in shutouts per game (0.500) and save percentage (0.875), and has the lowest goals against average (0.50) in the conference.
