WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — The Nebraska Wesleyan men's golf team finished second out of nine teams at the 2026 American Rivers Conference Championship, held Sunday through Tuesday at Glen Oaks Country Club in West Des Moines, Iowa. The Prairie Wolves posted a three-round score of 893 (304-299-290), closing the tournament with their best round of the week.
Dubuque claimed the team title with a score of 861, while Luke Hartwick of Dubuque earned individual medalist honors.
Jackson Lapour led Nebraska Wesleyan with a third-place finish in the individual standings, carding rounds of 73-76-71 for a 220 total out of 48 competitors. Jacob Cosimano finished seventh with a 223 (78-73-72), and Travis Tilford placed eighth with a 224 (76-76-73). Lapour, Cosimano and Tilford each earned All-Conference recognition. Jaiden Ronke finished tied for 11th with a 229 (79-74-76) and was named an All-Conference honorable mention. Brayden Schram rounded out the Nebraska Wesleyan lineup with a 230 (77-78-75), good for 16th place.
The second-place finish closes out the 2025-26 season for the Prairie Wolves.
