Lincoln, NE - Nebraska Wesleyan will begin a crucial end of season road trip at Coe College, Friday afternoon. 

DATE, LOCATION, LIVE STREAM & LIVE STATS
Nebraska Wesleyan will play Coe at 2:00 and 4:00 PM on Friday, April 24th. The games will be played at Clark Softball Field, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Coe will live stream the games and carry live stats. Nebraska Wesleyan will then head south to Indianola, for a doubleheader with Simpson College on Saturday, April 25th. Game one is slated for a 1:00 PM first pitch, with game two to follow at 3:00 PM. The games will be played at Simpson Softball Complex. Simpson will live stream the games and carry live stats.

ABOUT NEBRASKA WESLEYAN
The Prairie Wolves sit at 14-17 overall and 5-5 in the American Rivers Conference. The Prairie Wolves are coming off a 4-1 loss to Dubuque, but have found their groove as of late with wins in four of their last five games. Nebraska Wesleyan holds a slash line of .278/.373/.359, with 150 runs scored on 233 hits. The Prairie Wolf offense features a multitude of weapons. This includes Jenna Kimberling, who has 37 hits along with 32 RBIs, and Addyson Maxell, who ranked second with 31 hits. Eva Fahrnbruch is a two-way star for the Black and Gold, driving in 16 RBIs, and collecting 25 hits, while also earning 11 wins as a pitcher and holding an ERA of 3.47. As a team, the Prairie Wolf pitching staff carries a respectable 4.00 ERA, while combining for 62 strikeouts. 

HEAD COACH COURTNEY MEDINA
Courtney Medina is in her first season as the head coach at Nebraska Wesleyan and holds a 14-17 record. Medina comes to Lincoln after serving three seasons at Western Nebraska Community College. 

SCOUTING COE
Coe is 19-13 entering Friday. The Kohawks swept Dubuque in their last series. Coe holds a slash line of.298/.430/.389, with 183 runs scored on 257 hits. Defensively, the Kohawks have a .956 fielding percentage with pitchers combining for an ERA of 2.93. Coe is led by Jake Koolbeck, in his fourth season.
