Lincoln, NE - Nebraska Wesleyan University Softball's Eva Fahrnbruch was named Pitcher of the Week in the American Rivers Conference, the conference office announced Monday.
 
Junior Eva Fahrnbruch helped lead the Nebraska Wesleyan softball team to four wins on the week. She pitched 27 complete innings and had an ERA of 1.30. In all 27 innings, she did not issue a single walk all week. She also tossed her third complete game shutout of the season in Game 1 vs. Buena Vista with 5 hits, 0 runs, and 0 errors. 
 
Fahrnbruch is now 11-7 on the season, tied for the A-R-C lead in wins. She ranks 5th nationally in innings pitched. 
 
The Prairie Wolves will next compete against Coe College on Friday, April 24th in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. First pitch will be at 2pm.
