Men's Soccer Seeks to Find Its Footing Against Simpson College

Lincoln, NE - Nebraska Wesleyan men's soccer looks to reignite their season as they head to Indianola, Iowa, after a challenging seven-match stretch.

Nebraska Wesleyan and Simpson is scheduled to kick off at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, October 4th, at Bill Buxton Stadium, in Indianola, Iowa. Simpson College will live stream the game and carry live stats.

A LOOK AT NEBRASKA WESLEYAN
Nebraska Wesleyan enters with a 2-3-4 record, opening conference play last weekend with a 1-1 draw against Loras. The Prairie Wolves have managed just one win in their last seven outings, recording three losses and three ties during that stretch. The Prairie Wolves have claimed four conference championships and hold an all-time record of 309-241-52, highlighted by an undefeated 19-0 season in 1999. The last time the Prairie Wolves were crowned conference tournament champions was in 2001.

SCOUTING SIMPSON COLLEGE
Simpson College is 3-4-5 through 12 games and opener A-R-C play with a 2-1 loss to Coe College. The Storm average 1.17 goals per game and have taken 158 shots. Defensively, Simpson allows 1.08 goals per game. 

SERIES HISTORY AGAINST SIMPSON COLLEGE
