Cedar Rapids, IA (May 12th, 2025) - Elise Warneke has been named A-R-C Softball Pitcher of the Week, the American Rivers Conference announced in a press release Monday.

Elise Warneke powered Nebraska Wesleyan's defense, pitching three complete games, while allowing four earned runs on 16 hits, and striking out eight batters. Warneke has been a force for Nebraska Wesleyan throughout the season as she has posted 24 wins, while maintaining a 2.26 ERA and holding opponents to a .224 batting average.  

Warneke will look to help Nebraska Wesleyan advance past Greenville in the opening game of the 2025 NCAA Softball tournament on Thursday, May 15th.
