Elecea Saathoff and
Molly Ramirez were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team, the organization announced Tuesday, Dec. 16.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Volleyball teams, selected by CSC, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes volleyball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
To make the list, student-athletes had to post a cumulative undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.50 on a 4.0 scale. Participation wise, student-athletes must have competed in 90% of the team's total matches played or have started at least 66% of the team's total matches played.
Raegan Holle made the list via her 4.00 GPA while starting at libero in all of the team's 27 matches. Patten's
accolade comes after posting a 4.00 GPA while seeing action in all 27 contests. Saathoff
earned the honor with a 3.60 GPA after starting at setter in all 27 matches, and Ramirez
held a 3.58 GPA, and started in all 27 matches.
The award marks the third for Holle and Patten as they previously earned it in the 2023 and 2024 seasons. while it is the second for Saathoff. Ramirez earned the honor for the first time in her career.
