Box Score STORM LAKE, Iowa – Nebraska Wesleyan University women's tennis earned their first victory of the season with a dominant 7-0 win over Buena Vista University on Saturday. The Prairie Wolves set the tone early in doubles play, sweeping all three matches convincingly.
Crystal Craft and Addi Duranski led the way with a 6-0 victory over Buena Vista's top pair of Weller and Fritz. Ella Ford and Parker Brown followed with a 6-2 win in the second doubles match, while Anna Burt and Caitlin Hudson rounded out the doubles sweep with a 6-0 triumph over Astleford and Preston.
NWU continued their strong performance in singles, winning all six matchups. Craft, playing in the No. 1 singles spot, defeated Weller 6-1, 6-1, while Ford cruised to a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Meseck at No. 3,4,5 and 6,. Brown, Burt, Duranski, and Hudson all secured straight-set wins, each dropping no more than one game in their respective matches.
