LINCOLN, Neb. (September 21, 2024) - Nebraska Wesleyan battled through five sets to take the win from Monmouth College. The P-Wolves continued their win streak against Saint Mary's University (Minn.).

HOW IT HAPPENED
The first set proved to be a back-and-forth battle between the Prairie Wolves and the Scots, with the final score being 26-24 in favor of NWU.
Addie Thomas stood out in set one with six kills. Nebraska Wesleyan continued their winning streak in set two, easily winning 25-15.
Aliah Clarke came alive, recording three kills and one block in set two. Sets three and four were tightly contested, with close scores throughout. Ultimately, the Scots managed to come back into the match, with set three ending at 21-25 and set four at 22-25. The Scots took an early lead in set five, going up 6-2. A serving run by
Addie Thomas helped the black and gold tie it at 7-7. The P-Wolves secured the victory in set five, winning 15-12, with
Kobie Patten taking charge and recording five kills in the decisive set.
