CRETE, Neb. (April 19, 2022) - The Nebraska Wesleyan women's tennis team fell to Doane, 5-2, in a non-conference dual in Crete, Nebraska. 

The Prairie Wolves earned the doubles point in the NAIA scoring system by winning two of the three matches. NWU's first double victory was at No. 2 Doubles. Greta Wostoupal and Anna Burt controlled their match, picking up a 6-3 decision. The second win came at No. 3 Doubles from Crystal Craft and Abby Cole. Craft and Cole won their match handily, 6-1. 

In singles action, Doane won five of the six matches to get their five points. Nebraska Wesleyan earned its third match point with a win from Greta Wostoupal. Wostoupal won in straight sets, 6-3, 7-5 at No. 4 Singles. 

NWU's Greta Wostoupal, Anna Burt, and Abby Cole each recorded their first collegiate victories in the dual.
