TOPEKA, Kan. (April 21, 2021) - Nebraska Wesleyan baseball (8-19) fell in a non-conference game to Westminster College (11-13), 14-3, at Jerry Robertson Field in Topeka, Kansas. 

Noah Unger singled to plate Riley Ward in the bottom of the first inning as the teams traded runs to open the game. The Blue Jays added four runs in the second inning before a sacrifice fly from Will Schneidewind scored John Haimowitz to make it a three run deficit. 

After Westminster added multiple runs in the seventh and eighth innings. The Prairie Wolves would not go away quietly in the bottom of the ninth. Daniel Hundley knocked a leadoff triple then cashed in a Westminster wild pitch for the game's final run.

John Haimowitz and Noah Unger both recorded multiple hits in the game for Nebraska Wesleyan. Haimowitz tallied a double to go along with Hundley's triple for extra base hits. The Prairie Wolves combined for seven strikeouts on the mound.
