2023: Played in 39 games of action with 38 starts ... finished the season with a 4-5 record on the mound ... maintained a 5.67 ERA (38 ER/60.1 IP) ... batted a .350 (35-100) with eight doubles, two triples, and one homerun ... also added 16 RBI and 21 runs scored while also earning 9 walks, being hit by 5 pitches and swiping 2 bases ... the senior's first appearance of the season was against the University of Dallas (Feb. 18) where he had 5 at bats, earning one run and one hit ... his first win on the mound was also against the University of Dallas (Feb. 19), allowing one hit and earning five strikeouts in seven innings ... was named to the Academic All-District® Division III District Nine Team, as well as the American Rivers Conference All-Conference team ... was also named to the Spring AMerican Rivers COnference All-Academic Team for 2022-23

2022: Earned 2nd team All-Conference honors ... was a vital two-way player as an outfielder and starting pitcher for Nebraska Wesleyan... appeared and started in 40 games on the season ... finished the season batting .275 (seventh on the team) with 19 runs... hit seven doubles and a home run with 16 RBIs ... also swiped four stolen bases on the year... recorded five multi-hit games and four multi-RBI games... went 3 for 4 with a double, three RBI and two runs against Luther (4/16) ... was 2 for 4 with a home run, two runs, and two RBI against Cornell College (3/10)... On the mound, Unger made 11 starts with the last seven going at least six innings... had a scoreless streak that stretched to nearly 20 innings during the year... also recorded 53 strikeouts on the season over 64 innings, which was the eighth-most innings in the A-R-C.

2021: Unger earned his second varsity letter for the prairie wolves... Unger played and started in 34 games... recorded a batting average of .288 and an on-base percentage of .328... he also produced 34 hits, 14 runs, and 17 RBIs on the season...  on the mound for the prairie wolves Unger earned an ERA of 6.60... he started in 9 games and earned a record of 1-6 for the year... pitched the most out of anyone on the team (199 at-bats on 46.1 innings)... is a key pitcher for the prairie wolves.

2020: Unger earned his first varsity letter for the prairie wolves... he found himself as a contributor in the pitching rotation... Unger posted a 2.54 ERA which was a team high on the season... he also earned a win and had no losses on the year (1-0).... only gave up a total of 6 earned runs in 21.3 innings pitched... on the offensive side of the plate he found himself having a .167 batting average... also recorded 5 hits, 6 runs, and 3 RBIs... posted an on-base percentage of .342... only had 30 at-bats in the shortened season. 

2019: Didn't see any varsity action. 

High School: Earned multiple varisty letters at Pius X... had an overall record of 7-15 his senior year... Unger was a multi-sport athlete who played basketball and football as well.

Academic: business administration major
