Lincoln, Neb. – Nebraska Wesleyan University is one of two sites to play host of the 2020 American Rivers Conference Wrestling Duals that are set for Saturday (Jan. 25) inside Snyder Arena.
Five teams will converge on Snyder Arena Saturday morning for five rounds of competition beginning at 9:00 a.m. Nebraska Wesleyan is joined by Coe College, Loras College, Luther College and Simpson College. Central College is the host of the other four teams on Saturday.
A very tough field is set to take to the mats with three of the five schools coming into Saturday ranked in the top 20 of the NWCA National poll. Loras is ranked No. 3, Coe No. 5 and Luther is at No. 17.
Nebraska Wesleyan enters the meet coming off their first conference win when they defeated Buena Vista on Wednesday night. The Prairie Wolves are 4-3 overall and 1-2 in league action. Coe and Loras are both 2-0 in conference, Luther is 1-1 and Simpson 0-1.
