Storm Lake, IA- Nebraska Wesleayn faced Buena Vista University in their final wrestling dual of the season in Siebens Forum Ballroom, falling by a score of 36-9. It was a unique setting for a wrestling dual, as the match took place in the school ballroom instead of the gymnasium. Fans sat at tables to enjoy dinner while watching the dual.
The Prairie Wolves had two highlights on the night as
Justin Hennessy(HWT) and
Alex Kerr(184) picked up victories on the evening. Kerr got NWU on the board with a 11-5 victory and Hennessy closed the night with a pin in the second period. The P-Wolves will be back in action on Feb. 11th when they travel to Central College for an open.
