Box Score LINCOLN, Neb. -- Wisconsin-Oshkosh came into Abel Stadium and handed Nebraska Wesleyan a 3-0 loss in the 2014 season debut for the men's soccer team on Saturday (Aug. 30).
The Titans outshot the Prairie Wolves 16-2 as NWU was held in check on offense and could not muster up any scoring threats.
Elias Efthimiou got the scoring started for UW-Oshkosh in the first half as he scored off a deflection in the 26th minute. The score would remain 1-0 at halftime.
In the second period, Jacob Hernandez and Billy Cameron both scored goals to give the Titans their second straight victory in as many days.
NWU will be back in action on Sept. 3 when they travel to Indianola, Iowa to face Simpson College.
