Box Score Colby Twist scored a pair of goals to lift the Nebraska Wesleyan men's soccer team to a 4-1 victory over Buena Vista University in the 2013 home opener for the Prairie Wolves on Wednesday night (Sept. 4) at Abel Stadium in Lincoln, Neb.Nebraska Wesleyan broke open a 1-0 halftime lead with three goals in the second period to seal the home opening victory. Twist scored the initial goal of the year as he broke down the sidelines and scored in the sixth minute of the game.BVU tied the match right away in the second half as Rolando Zuniga scored his first goal of the year.Twist then used a beautiful assist from AJ Johnson to give NWU the 2-1 lead. Wesley Smith extended the lead to 3-1 as he scored on a free kick from 25 yards out. The final goal came from Michael Wagner on an assist from Zach Lind.NWU will take the momentum to Wisconsin this weekend for a pair of NCAA III matches.
