Sydney Golladay enters her second season as head women's basketball coach at Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2026-27, after being named to the position full-time following an interim stint in 2025-26.
Golladay joined the Nebraska Wesleyan staff in 2025 as an assistant coach. She was elevated to interim head coach in November 2025 and was named the program's permanent head coach at the conclusion of the season.
In her first year leading the program, Golladay guided the Prairie Wolves to a 5-20 record, a three-win improvement over the previous season.
Golladay came to Nebraska Wesleyan after an extensive and highly successful athletic career at Creighton University and Fort Hays State. At FHSU she was a four-year starter, two-year captain and was chosen as the women's basketball team representative for SAAC.
Golladay received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Fort Hays State University. She earned a graduate certificate in Organizational Leadership from Creighton University.
