Lincoln, NE - Riding a four match winning streak, and holding a 10-2 record, Nebraska Wesleyan volleyball travels to Pella, Iowa, to take on Central College in the first match of American Rivers Conference play.

GAME TIME, LOCATION, LIVE STREAM & LIVE STATS
Wednesday's match between the Dutch and Prairie Wolves is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m., at P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium, in Pella, Iowa. Central College will live stream the game and carry live stats.

A LOOK AT NEBRASKA WESLEYAN
Nebraska Wesleyan has been on a tear to begin the year. Of the Prairie Wolves 10 victories, four required just three sets, while the Black and Gold dispatched five other opponents in four sets. The Prairie Wolves are also 1-2 in matches that go all five sets, after defeating a gritty Monmouth squad last Saturday. NWU holds a stellar .203 hitting percentage, and averages 12.6 kills per set. The Black and Gold have totaled 594 kills on 1703 attempts, while tallying 555 assists, and 95 aces. Leading the way for Nebraska Wesleyan is Macy Plucker and Molly Ramirez, who have combined to record 301 kills. Elecea Saathoff sets up the Prairie Wolves offensive attack, with 492 assists, while Sydney Benson has emerged as an efficient server with a team best 22 aces. Defensively, the Prairie Wolves hustle, with 771 digs, and 63 blocks. Senior Libero Raegan Holle is an elite defender, with 198 digs. Manning the middle is the duo of Ella Foote and Ava Stone who have combined for 54 of NWU's 63 blocks.

HEAD COACH RAYNA CAIN
Head Coach Rayna Cain is in her 14th season at the helm, with a career record of 204-152. She's guided NWU to one NCAA tournament appearance and coached 31 All-Conference athletes. 

NEBRASKA WESLEYAN VOLLEYBALL TRADITION
Nebraska Wesleyan boasts a proud history in volleyball, with 15 NCAA Division III tournament appearances, and five conference championships. Academically, NWU has posted 22 AVCA team academic awards since 1997. 

SCOUTING CENTRAL COLLEGE
Central College enters Wednesday evening at 11-5, after a 3-1 victory over Illinois College last weekend. The Dutch hit at a .195, with 735 kills, 664 assists, and 115 aces. The Dutch play strong defense with 911 digs, and 88 blocks. Central is led by Jeanne Czipri in her ninth season.

SERIES HISTORY AGAINST CENTRAL COLLEGE
Wednesday will mark the 13th meeting between Nebraska Wesleyan and Central College. The Prairie Wolves hold an 8-4 edge in the all-time series.
