How It Happened
Dakota Wesleyan opened the scoring in the 19th minute when Hannah Petrucci finished a ball from Arielle Montanez to put the Tigers up 1–0.
The Prairie Wolves responded in the 35th minute thanks to persistent high pressure from Emily Abeyta. After a defensive clearance attempt by the DWU keeper, Abeyta blocked the ball into the back of the net, leveling the match at 1–1.
The second half saw both sides create opportunities, with Schultz making several key saves to preserve the draw. Despite six second-half shots and three corners from NWU, neither team could find a breakthrough.
