Lincoln, NE - Nebraska Wesleyan men's soccer will continue its road swing with a pair of matches at the Bob Allen Nissan Classic this weekend

GAME TIME, LOCATION, LIVE STREAM & LIVE STATS
The Bob Allen Nissan Classic will take place in Danville, Kentucky. Nebraska Wesleyan is set to take on Centre College on Friday, September 5th, at 7:45 p.m. On Sunday, September 7th, Nebraska Wesleyan will battle Spalding University at 12:00 p.m. Centre College will live stream both games and carry live stats.

A LOOK AT NEBRASKA WESLEYAN
Nebraska Wesleyan opened its season with a 1-0-1 performance in Minnesota last weekend. The Prairie Wolves tied St. John's University in their season opener before defeating Concordia (MN) 3-1. The Prairie Wolves were led by Franklyn Herasme, who scored two goals while tallying five shots. Owen Glogowski emerged as a key distributor in Minnesota as he led the team with two assists. Defensively, Graedon Hilton stood tall in goal, posting five saves and recording a .714 save percentage. As a team, NWU averages two goals per game, 24 shots and 13 shots on goal.

Head Coach Brandon Bonilla is in his eighth season as the head coach of Nebraska Wesleyan, where he holds a 51-48-16 record. 

NEBRASKA WESLEYAN MEN'S SOCCER TRADITION
The Prairie Wolves have claimed four conference championships and hold an all-time record of 308-241-48, highlighted by an undefeated 19-0 season in 1999. The last time the Prairie Wolves were crowned conference tournament champions was in 2001.

SCOUTING CENTRE COLLEGE
Centre College enters Friday with an 0-2 record. The Colonels have scored just one goal, but pressure opposing goalies with 26 shots on the season. Defensively, Centre has allowed four goals on 23 shots. The Colonels are led by Jeb Burch, in his 24th season.

SCOUTING SPALDING UNIVERSITY
Spalding University enters this weekend with an 0-1-1 record. Prior to facing Nebraska Wesleyan, the Eagles will take on Maryville on Friday, September 5th. The Eagles have scored three goals on 16 shots, and allowed seven goals on 40 shots. Spalding is led by Adam Boyer, in his 14th season.
