Electric Shooting Highlights Men's Basketball Home Victory Over Luther

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Nebraska Wesleyan men's basketball handled business on its home court against the Luther Norse, defeating the visitors 82-54.
  • The Prairie Wolves have now won 15 of the previous 16 games against Luther in the series' history. 
  • Nebraska Wesleyan caught fire from beyond the arc, making 10 three-pointers out of 25 tries (40%). 
  • The P-Wolves recorded 17 assists on 26 baskets Saturday afternoon.
  • Two P-Wolves notched double figures in scoring, led by Carter Glenn's 17. The junior guard began the game aggressively, scoring eight points in the first half.
  • Peter Lash, making his 75th career appearance on Saturday, ended with 14 points on 5-of-14 shooting, including two three-pointers, nine rebounds, and three assists.
  • Sharpshooter, Landon Torneten made an early impact by scoring eight points on the day, including two of three from three-point range.
