HOW IT HAPPENED

• Nebraska Wesleyan University lost a 5-3 heartbreaker on Tuesday night to A-R-C foe, Simpson College.
• Despite the loss, NWU out-hit the Storm, 11 to 10. 
• Down one going into the sixth, the Prairie Wolves knotted the game up at three in the bottom of the sixth inning. Kaleb Knox roped a single down the third baseline, scoring one run.
• Throwing nearly a complete game, Noah Unger took the loss for Nebraska Wesleyan University. The pitcher lasted eight and two-thirds innings, allowing ten hits and five runs while striking out nine and walking one.
• Alex Angele and Aaron Chazin led all Prairie Wolves with three hits. Along with Kaleb Knox, Alex Angele also collected an RBI.
