  • Christian Harris got things going for NWU in the top of the second inning, reaching first on an error by the Bulldog'sĀ second baseman and bringing in John Haimowitz and Noah Unger, 2-0.
  • In the very next at-bat,Ā Aaron Chazin followed with an RBI single to right field, 3-0. Zach Osabhr moved Harris to third on a single to left, which put him into position to score on a passed ball, 4-0.Ā
  • The Prairie Wolves' offensive onslaught ended in the fourthĀ and fifth inning with two solo shots over the wall by Kaleb Knox and Jason English, 6-0.
  • Tyson Romero was magnificent for Coach Ignatowski in Monday's contest. Romero pitched five and two-third innings, giving up just two runs on five hits.Ā
  • Noah Wing sealed the deal as the Bulldogs tried to make a late comeback, picking up his third save of the year, 6-5.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE HEAD COACH ERIC IGNATOWSKI'S COMMENTS

  • "Defensively, we were not sharp again but made enough plays to get the win."
