HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Luther College used an explosive offense and strong pitching to earn a 32-4 victory and clinch a sweep of Nebraska Wesleyan. 
• Nebraska Wesleyan got things started in the first on an Ethan Kling RBI double, which scored Alex Angele. 
• Luther responed with seven runs in the second, five in the third and four in the fourth to build a 16-1 lead. 
• In the fifth, Luther doubled their run total by scoring 16 runs which extended their lead to 32-1.
• The Prairie Wolves found a bit of offense in the sixth inning when Owen Machal grounded into a fielder choice and scored Carter Bjorkman.
• In the seventh, Carter Betts brought home Jake Gerardis on a single. Later in the inning, Angele scored on a fielder's choice.
• The game was called at the conclusion of the inning.
