A WEEK IN REVIEW

• On Wednesday, September 27, at Indianola, Iowa, the Nebraska Wesleyan Prairie Wolves (11-6) defeated the Simpson Storm in three sets (25-19, 25-10, and 25-15) to earn their first conference victory of the year.
• Jaclyn Riedl, who had nine kills, and Addie Thomas, who had six kills, were the Prairie Wolves' top attackers. 
• Nyah Chamber had the most blocks on the squad with two.
• Nebraska Wesleyan headed to Minnesota after their game on Wednesday and went 2-1. On Friday, September 29, the Prairie Wolves defeated the Pipers in a nail-biting four-set match (23-25, 25-18, 25-22, 25-19) to kick off their weekend.
• With a season-high 22 kills, junior Addie Thomas led the Prairie Wolves. Molly Ramirez was second with 10 kills and six digs.
• Elecea Saathoff dished out 47 assists, while also recording three kills and a .182 hitting percentage.
• After losing to St. Olaf's College, Nebraska Wesleyan split the weekend, sweeping the Saint Mary's (Minn.) Cardinals (25-14, 25-17, 25-16).
• Thomas had 15 kills and a .375 hitting % on Saturday against the Cardinals to lead the team. Aliah Clarke had a .538 attack % and seven kills.

HISTORY VS. COE

• As the overall series is knotted 7-7, this will be the 15th meeting between the Prairie Wolves and the Kohawks. 
• On October 21, 2022, in Cedar Rapids, the Prairie Wolves were defeated by Coe in five sets (19-25, 25-22, 20-25, 25-19, 10-15).
• Addie Thomas led Nebraska Wesleyan in their matchup from last season with 27 kills and 16 digs.
• The last time Nebraska Wesleyan defeated the Kohawks was on November 5, 2019 at Snyder Arena, when the Prairie Wolves won in five sets (25-11, 25-15, 21-25, 21-25, 15-10).
