HOW IT HAPPENED

• Nebraska Wesleyan came up short in a 0-3 loss to the Storm of Simpson College, Tuesday night in Indianola, Iowa.
• Two of the three goals for the Storm were scored in the first period. NWU was unable to rally, as Kaeding Rassfeld was the only Prairie Wolf to take a shot in the first period.
• Ten minutes into the second period, Simpson scored once again and brought their advantage to three, 0-3. 
• Mady Schoffstall tried to get thing going for Nebraska Wesleyan with a shot that just missed the back of the net. 
• Simpson's lead held and the Black and Gold were handed their tenth loss of the season
