Box Score HOW IT HAPPENED

• In the 9th minute, Jackson McGowan assisted Logan Lawrence with a picture-perfect ball to get the Prairie Wolves on the board first, 1-0. 
• Dordt answered right back netting a ball in the 23rd minute to tie the game at one a piece, 1-1. 
• After heading into halftime with an even score, NWU's offense didn't take very long to heat back up. Alex Kohler and Isaac Havemeier attempted back-to-back shots within 6 minutes of each other but couldn't get either past Dordt's goalie.
• In the final 16 minutes of the game, the Defenders sealed the deal with a goal in the 74th minute to take the lead.
• Caleb Vos tried to tie things back up late for Nebraska Wesleyan but came up short. 
• Head Coach Brandon Bonilla went with Zach Selph at goalie Wednesday night, and the senior didn't disappoint. Besides the two goals, the Papillion, Nebraska native, recorded six saves on eight attempts.
