HOW IT HAPPENED
- It was a defensive struggle for NWU in the first period. Concordia (Texas) attempted 18 shots and five of them split the pipes, 0-5.
- The heavy pace and pressure of the Tornados didn't allow the Prairie Wolves to get much offense going in the first 45 minutes. NWU attempted just one shot in the first period.
- Early into the second period, goalkeeper Zachary Selph entered the game for Zachary Weis.
- After another CTX goal, 0-6, Nebraska Wesleyan's offense finally scored. Varun Doshi connected on an assist from Jakob Hulquest to bring the deficit back to five.
- Concordia (Texas) ended the game with one last goal in the 88th minute and handed the Prairie Wolves their second loss of the season.

- "We didn't play well at all today. I need to do a better job of preparing us for big games."
