HOW IT HAPPENED

• In Round 1, Connor Vandewege led all Prairie Wolves with an impressive score of, 71 (-1).
• Tyler Welch, Geran Sander and John Lapour each improved their score in Round 2. The trio combined to shave off 15 strokes from their previous score in the first round. 
• Geran Sander finished the final round with a 74 (+2), just six strokes shy of the round's best. 
• The Bent Tree Intercollegiate provided some of the toughest competition Nebrasaka Wesleyan is going to see all season.

• "I am proud of these guys for their performance after a long weekend. We didn't have our best day but still posted 307 and 309 on a tough golf course in some challenging wind."
• "Through six rounds this year, this squad is currently ranked ninth in school history for team strike average per round. If these guys work diligently this winter, it'll pay off in a major way come spring!"
