Men's Soccer Can't Hold on to Lead vs. St. Norbert

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • The score remained 0-0 until the 33rd minute of the first period. NWU's Logan Lawrence recorded his third goal of the season off an Alex Kohler assist, giving the Prairie Wolves a 1-0 lead.
  • Scoring the only goal in the first 45 minutes, Nebraska Wesleyan kept their 1-0 advantage heading into the locker rooms. 
  • St. Nobert's offense quickly escalated late in the second half and in just 13 minutes took a 1-3 lead. 
  • With both teams needing a win, things got competitive as the game progressed. Before the final horn went off, the two teams had combined for 25 fouls and each were handed a yellow card.
