HOW IT HAPPENED 

• The Prairie Wolves fired off an early 6-0 run to garner a 9-4 lead thanks to five points from Landon Torneton. 
• Overall, Nebraska Wesleyan led 27-21 at the break thanks to Torneton's nine points in the opening period.
• With four made three-pointers in the first ten minutes of the second half, Buena Vista got the scoring going early. The Prairie Wolves held the lead 46-39 with 10 minutes left.
• A strong 10-0 run, which included two threes, by the Beavers with five minutes left in the game allowed them to tie it at 53.
• In the final two minutes, Nebraska Wesleyan got the points churning again via the frow-throw line. Ultimately, Peter Lash made five free throws down the stretch to close out the game.
• With a 3-for-14 three-point shooting performance and a 12-for-18 free-throw shooting performance, the Prairie Wolves won 62-56.
