• Nebraska Wesleyan Volleyball started off strong in the beginning of the first set by being able to break Dubuque's runs and went on a couple of their own but it was not enough to win the first set. 18-25
• In the second set, the black and gold started off with a service ace by Kobie Patten. Outside Addie Thomas then had a three-point kill spree to bring the Praire Wolves to a tie at five points. Dubuque went on four runs of four or more points and finished the second set 25-16
• In set three Addie Thomas and Erica Hopping gained some crucial points for NWU, Addie Thomas had two killed followed by Erica Hopping's two aces. Dubuque responded with a run of seven points. The Nebraska Women's Volleyball program fought hard this season but was not able to push through that third set. 17-25

• "Our girls had a great season winning 19 matches. They have nothing to hang their head about! They showed resiliency and improved over the course of the season. We will miss our lone senior Erica Hopping. She has made a huge impact on our program! We have a lot of talent coming back, so it is time to get work done in the offseason and prepare to be better next season."
