• Kobie Patten and help from her teammates shut down the Scots in the first set with five kills and one of her four services aces on the night. The Prairie Wolves won the first set 25-20.
• In the second set, the black and gold started on a 5-0 run but fell behind late in the set. The Scots were able to fight back and win 26-24.
• In Set 3, NWU got to an early four point lead and ended things with a 6-0 run, The complete effort resulted in a 25-15 win. 
• In the final set, Aliah Clarke shut down Monmouth with a block and a kill to end it all.
• Nebraska Wesleyan was first to three wins and moved their overall record to 18-9 on the season.
